Administration Assistant in Core Real Estate

Our Core Real Estate team works across the world, providing clients with the benefit of local representation coupled with national and international resource.
•Providing the full range of administrative support to legal advisers, secretaries and clients
•Dealing with archiving and retrieval of hard copy files and deed packets; maintenance of online deeds system
•Sorting and circulating daily incoming post; management of outgoing post, including arranging couriers and special deliveries
•Document printing, copying and scanning; collation and binding of documents
•Scheduling of documents and deeds
•Liaison with facilities, post and reprographics departments
•Maintaining and ordering stationery supplies for the department
•Managing and collating information/producing reports or similar as required
•Administration activities to support billing and financial processes
•Efiling and paper filing
•Deal with incoming telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner, assisting with general queries from legal advisers and clients
•Opening and closing of client files; ensuring both hard copy and electronic files are properly maintained in accordance with quality and compliance requirements.
•Working as part of the wider support team; assisting and covering for other colleagues as needed
•Contributing to a safe and tidy working environment
Skills and experience:
We'd love to hear from you if you have experience of working as an administration assistant, ideally in a legal or other professional services environment. It is expected that you will be able to work with limited supervision, and have an enthusiastic approach to dealing with day to day tasks and longer term initiatives and projects.
