Key responsibilities: We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our Construction team in Cardiff. The Legal Assistant will assist a team of Construction solicitors with a non-contentious, large-scale and long-term project including: i) obtaining project specific information from the client for various agreements; ii) populating agreements with project specific information obtained from the client; iii) arranging for the execution of multiple agreements; and iv) tracking the status of multiple agreements, ensuring that the matter runs as efficiently and progresses as quickly as possible. Skills and experience: The Legal Assistant should have a law degree and have had work experience in a legal environment (including experience of managing multiple matters at the same time or a high case load). Key competencies: The Legal Assistant should have a positive outlook, be confident and adaptable and be used to working as part of a team. Excellent IT, administration and organisational skills and attention to detail are required together with excellent written communication skills.
