ADMISSIONS ASSISTANT – FULL-TIME – SALARY £16,000 - £18,000 dependent on experience
Plymouth College, a leading independent day and boarding school for pupils aged 3 – 18 years, seeks an Admissions Assistant to work within its busy Admissions department.
The role will be to support the Admissions Manager in order to maximise quality admissions and deliver outstanding customer experience for both parents and pupils. Previous experience in school administration and admissions desirable.
The successful applicant will be confident, articulate and able to impart the standards and aspirations of Plymouth College. The candidate needs to be committed to excellent administration and have good attention to detail, as well as the ability to recognise and demonstrate the need for confidentiality, tact and diplomacy, be comfortable meeting new people and communicating via telephone.
Excellent communication and IT skills are therefore required.
We are looking for someone who can work as part of a team but also work independently, someone who can plan and organise work and be flexible in their approach.
