2 x roles - 1 x with previous OLE Exp and 1 x with change experience.

• Budget / Forecast cost preparation, associated analyses and detailed reporting
• Closing out subcontract accounts in line with project specific processes
• Claims management, administration and negotiations; up and downstream
• Supervision of project specific labour forecasting and reporting
• Subcontract management and administration
• Subcontract applications, assessments, payments, liabilities
• Risk management
• Contractual correspondence
• Change Control management and agreement with the client
• Some procurement management
• Supplier/subcontractor liaison
• Liaison with and within the commercial team, supply chain and the project team in order to fulfil the duties aforementioned.

Educational Requirements

• BSc./MSc. Quantity Surveying or similar RICS accredited degree (Second Class or Higher)
• Knowledge / Experience
• Excellent knowledge of key considerations for UK Civil/Rail contractors
• Experience in a civil engineering contracting environment
• Excellent knowledge and working experience of NEC contracts
• Experience with Target Cost contracts

Behavioural and Technical Skills / Competencies

• IT literate, proficient in the use of Excel
• Ability to work in a wide team and complex environment
• RICS Chartership or working towards it
