Our client is a caf?? bar brasserie in one of the finest locations in the UK. It overlooks the graceful sweep of Langland Bay, one of the best known of Gower???s renowned beaches. Its unique setting sets it apart from any other restaurant in Swansea. With a heated deck a pebbles throw away from splashing waves their customers enjoy dining al fresco.

They are a modern British restaurant with a strong emphasis on local suppliers and seasonal goods, sourcing the highest quality, freshest ingredients.

They are now looking for an experienced chef to join their team. Their company is an expanding operation so the opportunity to work across multiple sites can arise. The successful Chefs will have creative culinary skills matched to an outgoing personality allowing them to make the most of the finest, freshest produce available. You will be a time served chef with hot section experience who can work confidentially in a fast cook to order kitchen.

Other essential requirements of the Chefs:
- Must have NVQ level 2 certificate
- Produce European cuisine
- Previous experience in a similar environment
- Must adhere to food hygiene standards
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work within a team
- Driven and self-motivated
- The Position is working 5 days a week
