This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join an expanding business based in Cardiff working as a Business Development Executive. Description The purpose of this role is to contact customers and prospects to promote our range of hardware, software and service solutions and support the Sales Executives by arranging face to face meetings. This may require several phone calls and social media over a longer period of time. Customers and prospects include primarily Small to Medium sized business, some larger organizations across all industry sectors and some public sector organizations including educational establishments. As well as approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business, the Business Development Executive also works to maintain good relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries Acting as a contact between Pinnacle and its existing and potential markets Gathering market and customer information Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy Profile The successful candidate must have the following: This role requires a professional and smart appearance and attitude The ability and desire to sell Excellent communication skills, especially using the phone and email Good IT skills using switchboard phones, Excel and CRM systems A positive, confident and determined approach The skills to work both independently and as part of a team The capability to flourish in a competitive environment Job Offer This is a permanent role based in Cardiff working for a well known organisation which offers a great training programme to develop you within the industry. Basic salary is paying between £16,000 - £20,000 dependant on experience with the opportunity to earn a realistic OTE of £25,000 - £35,000 with uncapped commission. This job was originally posted as
