Our client, an established and growing company in Cardiff are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator on a Part-Time basis into their busy showroom and office. Responsible for delivering excellent sales and customer service within the showroom, and also the back-office sales administration, this position would suit someone with sales experience and strong administration skills. Ideally, the right candidate will have experience within the Windows / Conservatory industry and have strong product knowledge. Part time hours - 4 days during the week 10am - 2pm plus Saturday 8am - 12pm Total Hours - 25 - 30 hours per week approx. (flexible) Key Responsibilities: Showroom: - Greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner - Finding out exact customer needs and explaining the various product ranges - Talking customers through pricing options - Agreeing sales and delivery information Office: - Email follow ups and call back request follow ups - Following up on leads and sales calls to customers who have shown interest - Calculating and raising quotes and sending them through to customers - Following up on quotes to agree sales - Liaising with Finance department - Following up with customers to ensure a smooth after-sales process to ensure repeat custom Key Experience & Skills: - Some experience working within a showroom environment would be beneficial - Excellent customer service and sales experience - Strong administration experience - Experience of raising quotes - Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel - Experience of working within the Window sales industry desirable but not essential as full training will be given - Experience in using Business Micro or Windows Designer packages desirable - Energetic and outgoing personality - Flexible with a strong ability to problem solve The company offer a very friendly working environment and an opportunity to develop a long-term career.
