Technical Business Analyst - Swansea - £40,000-£45,000 Benefits A leading insurance provider based in Swansea are looking to add a skilled Technical Business Analyst to their diverse and growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of strategic and incremental business change across the technology applications, through a range of large and small projects. The Technical Business Analyst will assist stakeholders in shaping an initial idea into a compelling investment case, suggesting a range of pragmatic solutions to deliver maximum benefit to the organisation. Responsibilities As the Technical Business Analyst, your duties will include, but won`t be limited to: - Understanding business outcomes and shaping them so that functional and technical requirements can be defined - Challenging the business to properly define the changes necessary to deliver business outcomes - Collecting and writing formal specifications for the internal technology development team - Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and business users - Managing and maintaining the regular release cycle requirements - Influencing and leading multiple levels of an organisation through functional boundaries - Identifying business priorities and advise stakeholders on options by collaborating with solution architects and the development team Skills The successful Technical Business Analyst will have a solid understanding of project management tools and techniques, as well as detailed experience working on claims and policy applications. You will have a core competency in business analysis and an understanding of the interactions between processing applications and the underlying data architecture.
