This is a customer service position where the role will involve communicating with customers and clients when required to resolve queries and speed up loan activation. Client Details This client is a global company within the financial services industry - very desirable company to work for. Description The duties of this role include but are not limited to: Verify customer details on all new agreements to enable you to activate customer accounts, setting account live on our system. Apply financial details to customer accounts. Verify direct debit and standing order details to ensure these are accurate and complete prior to dispatch. Liaise with the Team Leader on a daily/ad hoc basis regarding day to day issues/duties. Listen, communicate and deal with client telephone queries and ensure clients are supplied with information required and their problems solved. Outbound telephone calls to customers and clients to communicate snagging errors and request further information Communicate with and resolve ECS/ICENET enquiries, docs reprinted and faxed as requested Process, file and send RTC slips and file agreements held till RTC period expires before batching and sent for payment Process and file agreements pending RTC and Sat Note agreements held till RTC period expired and Sat Note received Collate and report customers returned RTC slips. All RTC slips to be recorded on spreadsheet and sent to client for information Communicate and resolve Client/Administration errors, update systems to show and amend inaccurate information To deal with snags, which involves updating dealers on missing information and changes required in order to fund deals. To open and check mail, recording original documents received from dealers and storing back up documents for company and customers. Other ad hoc duties such as answering queries from BC's and generally contributing to the smooth running of the department as a whole. Support Underwriting function within Client Services by covering core tasks and queries. Such as, basic underwriting decisions, emails and faxes, underwriting general telephone queries. Profile The ideal candidate should possess: Previous customer service experience would be advantageous whether this be dealing with customers face to face or over the telephone. Experience of working under pressure and to tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills - be able to demonstrate a professional telephone manner and also accurate and professional written communication skills. Team effectiveness - be able to demonstrate effective team skills both in relation to colleagues and your supervisor.
