HR Partner (Contract) Cardiff Gate (office/field based, with travel to other company sites throughout the UK) £35,000 per annum Our client is an innovative not-for-profit that helps to make life better for older people in the UK. They are now looking for a HR Partner to join their team on a contract lasting until 30th November 2018. If you are an HR professional with experience of handling a range of employee relations matters, this is a fantastic opportunity to consolidate your skill-set in an engaging new role. In this exciting contract, you will have the chance to lead and influence change at a regional level and make a positive, lasting impact on a forward-thinking charity. As the HR Partner, you'll provide professional HR advice and support to specified business areas. Liaising with senior members of the organisation, you'll support the delivery of business plans and enable operational managers across the organisation to confidently deal with people-related issues. You'll provide guidance on a range of employee relations matters, including performance management, TUPE transfers, recruitment, grievances and change management. Additionally, you'll develop your knowledge of our client's vision and the critical drivers of organisational performance to gain an understanding of how they impact HR solutions for the business. As part of your role, you may be required to travel to company sites throughout the UK. Your other duties will involve: - Developing or revising HR policies - Providing group coaching and one-to-ones to managers - Reviewing HR metrics to improve regional performance in sickness absence, turnover and effective induction - Supporting HR projects To be considered, you will need: - Experience of managing a large and varied employee relations caseload - A high level of IT literacy - Strong literacy and numeracy skills - A CIPD qualification, ideally MCIPD - A degree level qualification Decisive and resilient, as the HR Partner, you'll be a confident communicator who can build strong relationships at all levels.
