With insight into operational and customer data the organisation can better understand critical industry trends and take advantage of opportunities. If we want to properly align data with strategy, we need to drill down and get to the core of what is really going on in our organization. Just having the data is not enough. We need a way to make sense of the data to leverage it as a strong competitive differentiator. To really leverage this information we will need immediate insight into the real-time state of our organization to understand how we are performing today. We also need to understand historical trends and other sophisticated insights to ensure our customer experience is continually improving and the operation is optimized across all customer interaction channels. The aim is to create a reporting and analytical function that provides business insight on demand. To produce and provide standardised and accurate Management Information. To identify trends and highlight issue areas and successes. To provide a reporting function for both internal and external clients. To ensure accurate recording of staff designations within the operation. To populate balanced scorecard information on a monthly basis and to improve and develop balanced scorecard approach. To prepare presentations at centre, process and differing operational levels for both internal and external clients. To Provide any financial reporting for Payroll and Business Finance. Key Accountabilities: (Include but not limited to) Production of accurate and timely Management Information. Providing trending data with a view to improving all SLA / KPI metrics. Maintaining all appropriate Management Information data. Working with HR, Recruitment, Training, Resource Planning, India MIS team, Payroll, Business finance. Provide daily / weekly / monthly statistical reports for analysis to operational management. Establishing and maintaining SOP for each reporting requirement. General Administrative duties as required, and also ad hoc project work as required. Adhering to Company Paperless Policy, and confidentiality agreements. THE PERSON Qualifications, experience & skills: GCSE Grade A - C Maths and English or NVQ Level 2/3. Prior data analysis and reporting experience of at least 2-3 years in the field of management information is essential. Strong working knowledge of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint, Excel (to advanced level) and Access. Working knowledge of Access is required. Strong analytical ability and prior experience in data trending will be an advantage. Good communication skills. Personal Qualities: A detail oriented, self-motivated individual with the ability to interact at all levels of the organisation and client, is required. Must commit to maintain strict confidence regarding all sensitive and confidential information she/he will have to handle. Able to work under pressure and to deadlines. Reliable, well organised and ability to prioritise. Strong communication skills. Positive, focussed and can do attitude. Flexibility. Able to work co-operatively with others to complete tasks and provide input for process improvements.
