German & Polish speaking Resource Consultant / Administrator This role combines being a Resourcer and supporting our Administration Manager. As a resourcer, you will talk to people living across Europe about what they are looking for in a new job and then prepare the CV to be sent to our clients. On the administration side, you will spend approximately one day a week learning on the office administration and payroll working closely with our Administration Manager. We are looking for people who are looking for an exciting opportunity in a vibrant, diverse team who currently speak 9 different languages between them, so we are looking for people who speak good German and Polish. We`re a successful recruitment business that place candidates in technical ERP (mainly with a system called SAP) positions across many European countries. With a major office expansion underway, we are looking for a number of new staff to join the team. Duties: - Searching and selecting candidates to short list for vacancies using online job boards and in house CRM system. - Initial telephone screening of suitable candidates. - Preparing CV`s and day to day support of the recruitment team - Payroll - Act as POC for payment queries/issues, keeping the candidate, client and consultant up to date. - Liaising at all levels within the business, regular communication kept to ensure consultants are kept updated with reports of their contractors payments, queries etc. - Working to strict timelines in ensuring all documentation from candidates and external parties is returned and fully completed as required by company standards. - Handling confidential and sensitive documents on behalf of customers - Obtaining and chasing up referencing and verification Full training will be provided.
