Lead Test Analyst � Fiorano, BizTalk, HL7, XML and JCAPS or Websphere up to �400 per day (Cardiff). Please note: this will be In Scope of IR35. Deadline for applications Monday 14/08/16 at 10:00am As part of a national work program, NHS Wales is introducing ever more sophisticated IT systems to improve patient care, to allow the safe, appropriate sharing of information between clinical systems. Much of this sharing of information takes place across NHS Wales� Messaging Fabric, a key part of the national infrastructure. This fabric has recently been upgraded to use the latest generation technology (Fiorano), and an extensive program of migration and modernization is currently underway. A Lead Test Analyst is needed to help us take this migration forward, and assist the team with the development of a viable test strategy. Key Skills, Duties and Responsibilities: � Flexible and innovative approach � Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills to ensure that the systems and services you support perform to the requirements of users and clinicians. � A strong technical background, including the configuration of software would be advantageous � Experience of messaging technologies such as Fiorano, BizTalk, HL7, XML, InterSystems Ensemble, JCAPS or IBM WebSphere Message Broker would be particularly advantageous. � ISTQB Foundation qualification � PRINCE 2 foundation in project management. � Knowledge and expertise in ITIL service Delivery and Service Support � Problem, Change and Release management � Knowledge of HL7 2.x, 3 � Knowledge of XML XSLT � Knowledge of Soap UI, VMWare, C++ � Experience of large scale data migration � Knowledge of integration services using Fiorano, BizTalk, InterSystems Ensemble, JCAPS or IBM WebSphere Message Broker � Development and execution of complex SQL server queries � Problem solving SmartSourcing provides services as an Employment Agency and welcomes applications from all suitably qualified people regardless of age, race, religion, disability, age, gender or sexual orientation.
