Service Desk & Provisioning Analyst - Intern
This role is all about providing an excellent customer service to the European business to ensure queries are resolved efficiently and to a high quality. You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails and web portal requests and will be responsible for escalating more technical incidents to our 2nd line Service Desk Analysts to investigate and resolve. Furthermore, you will provide knowledge and assistance in the handling of routine and ad hoc reporting requests for the Provisioning Team, as well as monitoring movers and leavers (making approved changes when needed). What we're looking for You will ideally be degree educated or able to demonstrate relevant experience in either the Financial Services or in an IT/Customer service environment. In addition, you will have the ability to handle rapidly changing priorities and a strong focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction. Finally, it is vital that you possess a general knowledge of MS Office products. Speaking another language such as French, Italian or Dutch would be an advantage.
