Job Title - Construction Manager - Housing Package - Up to £65,000 - £75,000 package (DOE) Location - Cardiff Reference Number - DNY1/1209 The Company: We are currently searching for an experienced Construction Manager, for our client a highly successful housing developer that has experienced steady growth and has established themselves as a leading name in the Residential market. Their projects are all based in the Cardiff area, making this a great opportunity for an individual in the area looking for a local opportunity. We are looking for a passionate individual with a strong track record in delivering exceptional projects on time and on budget. Role duties: As part of the senior management team you will be responsible for an ambitious build programme. You will strive to continually improve quality & customer service, and will work to continually improve construction practices, quality and cost reductions. You will lead from the front and show the importance of health and safety standards and ensure awareness and compliance.
