Job Role: Project Manager Location: Caerphilly Salary: £22,500 DOE Hours: 40 hrs (inclusive of breaks) (Office Hours) Job Purpose To manage projects for internal and external customers to time, quality and budget thus ensuring customer satisfaction; this includes resource management of Business Analysts, Developers, Designers, Testers and other resources involved in projects (internal and external). The Project Manager will ensure the smooth transition of projects from planning to delivery of all solutions including Contact Centre service design, CRM and website configuration and development internally and for external customers. Duties and Responsibilities Planning and delivering small to medium size/complexity projects and change requests across the business Ensuring that all projects and change requests are correctly signed off by internal and external stakeholders prior to commencement Managing and documenting risks and issues to projects Providing regular and timely updates to all project stakeholders Managing internal and external project resources for assigned projects Ensuring all projects are sufficiently documented and fed in to service delivery and support Providing weekly project status updates to line manager Complete any additional jobs as directed by line manager Competence Requirement Level Ability to: Work on multiple small to medium size/complexity projects and change requests simultaneously Manage projects and change requests so that all stakeholders and the resources understand what tasks will be carried out and when, on a regular basis Ensure that that all projects (unless otherwise agreed) are delivered to time, quality and budget Communicate effectively and regularly with all stakeholders sufficient to their understanding as and when required Necessitate documentation of tasks completed to ensure appropriate knowledge of projects/solutions across resources and stakeholders The role requires management of personal sensitive data; you will need to work within confidentiality requirements and demonstrate discretion in the management of client statements. You will need to capture data to a high degree of standardisation. You will need to observe system requirements for good management and security of data integrity. Minimise any risks to Company systems you will need to observe the directions for use and maintenance of all company assets. You will need to set an example in relation to all of the above. You will be evaluated on quality compliance and customer satisfaction scores.
