As an Account Manager, you will be tasked with growing and developing V12 Retail Finance’s retailer portfolio. Working primarily in the field, your territory will be across the UK. Specifically, you will manage a number of allocated key retail accounts, strengthening relationships and achieving the associated targets. These targets will include: the total amount of new lending volume and margin income, lost retailer relationships, retailer acceptance rates, retailer bad debt losses and section 75 losses. You will develop new business from existing accounts within your portfolio and seek to increase their amount of new lending volume as well as create a number of new relationships. As part of your role, you will be required to undertake extensive travel across the UK as well as visiting the V12 Retail Finance offices in Cardiff, as such flexibility will be key, as will the willingness to spend time away from home. Your role will also involve: - Developing market intelligence to inform decisions surrounding products, promotions and pricing - Seeking new opportunities and presenting proposals to your Line Manager - Assessing, identifying and mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations - Developing relationships that enable customer needs to be exceeded - Identifying opportunities to improve processes Interested?
