What the job is: As the BI Analyst, you will be responsible for providing insight into operational and customer data the organisation can better understand critical industry trends and take advantage of opportunities. Our client is trying to properly align data with strategy, they need to drill down and get to the core of what is really going on in their organisation. Just having the data is not enough. They need a way to make sense of the data to leverage it as a strong competitive differentiator. Qualifications Is this the job for you? You will be a BI Analyst and have done MI/BI/Insight role for at two years within a similar environment (extra points if you have experience in business finance reporting) and have been great at it and all that being a BI Analyst involves -if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you. Some bullet points about you: - Prior data analysis and reporting experience of at least 2-3 years in the field of management information is essential - Strong working knowledge of MS Office, in particular, PowerPoint, Excel (to advanced level) and Access - Working knowledge of Access is required - Strong analytical ability and prior experience in data trending will be an advantage - Good communication skills - A detail oriented, self-motivated individual with the ability to interact at all levels of the organisation and client, is required - Must commit to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive and confidential information she/he will have to handle - Able to work under pressure and to deadlines - Reliable, well organised and ability to prioritise - Strong communication skills - Positive, focussed and can do attitude - Flexibility - Able to work cooperatively with others to complete tasks and provide input for process improvements Please Note - There will be a requirement to travel in this role Additional Information How to Apply?
