IT Manager Based from offices in Swansea. This fast growing company founded in 1999 has gone from strength to strength and are looking for a hands on IT manager to help them in their continued growth. You will be reasonable for ownership of the IT platform -Development of the systems, personnel and processes to meet the increasing needs of the growing business. Taking ownership of the ERP and CRM platforms driving the company's growth and reach through Ecommerce. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for: - Providing system, personnel and process development to meet the current and future needs of the business - Taking ownership of the ERP and CRM platforms - Providing appropriate management, control and deployment of the internal IT department and external IT solution providers for a fast growing e-commerce business - As part of the Management team, defining then delivering business objectives - Managing IT team, currently a team of 2 ( 1 x support / infus 1 x data ) - Part of the business Growth team ( consisting of senior leaders of the business ) - Managing the 3rd party's and outsourced IT parties. Desired skills: - Experience with e-commerce ecosystems and technologies such as GA, GTM, A/B testing, eCRM, SEO, APM, ERP, WMS, etc - Demonstrable ability to understand a business process or problem quickly, outline the solution options and select the best choice for the applicable circumstances and constraints. - Experience managing external technology suppliers and digital agencies, including contractual/commercial negotiation, establishing/monitoring SLAs and KPIs, etc - Ability to lead, motivate and develop the IT team - Proven track record of delivering externally sourced development projects on time, in budget and to agreed quality metrics - Strong problem solving abilities and ability to identify system and process improvements - Evidence of using cost/benefit analysis techniques in an IT environment - Background in software/web development/ applications / or Generalist IT management - E-commerce experience This is a brilliant opportunity to really use IT and put IT at the centre of the company.
