CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER
Is your passion dealing with people and providing solutions to their requirements? This is an exciting customer facing role that is working for a very reputable company that has an extensive range of products to offer. Elaborates technical specifications, according to the requirements defined by customers or sales. Performs planning, design, configuration or Integration of dedicated solutions, for customers and partners. Ensures all assigned projects are delivered on time and within budget agreed. Creates service modules in cooperation with Customer Service (CS), and ensures its realization. Analyses technical issues after solution delivery, and facilitates problem solving with CS and factory involved. Provides regular reporting of the technology adoption and opportunities for assigned accounts served. May provide testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing support, in cooperation with CS. Supports exhibitions, fairs, product demonstrations and trainings, in corporation with Marketing. Adheres to all relevant Quality Management System (QMS) structures, processes and standard quality methods.
