Due to exciting development plans, they’re now looking for a Retail Account Executive to join their team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a project management professional with Lean qualifications to push their career in an account management direction and develop a variety of new skills whilst utilising their existing skill-set to maximum effect. You’ll join a team in the heart of Cardiff, just minutes from both Cardiff Bay and the city centre, where the focus is on the people elements of the business and not just the customers. As a Retail Account Executive, you will be tasked with supporting the Account Management Team in the growth and development of V12 Retail Finance’s retailer portfolio. Specifically, you will seek to deliver high class training and support to your account base which will be formed of retail customers. Allocated key retailer accounts, you will seek to strengthen relationships and increase the amount of new lending volume and margin income, reduce losses and bad debts, and develop retailer acceptance rate levels. As part of your role, you will be required to undertake travel to an agreed number of retailers on a monthly basis. Your role will also involve: - Developing market intelligence to inform decisions surrounding products, promotions and pricing - Seeking new opportunities and presenting proposals to your Line Manager - Assessing, identifying and mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations - Developing relationships that enable customer needs to be exceeded - Identifying opportunities to improve processes Interested?
