Main responsibilities: Work closely with the sales team providing administrative support, monitoring of schedules/diaries to ensure the smooth running of sales activities and helping manage the CRM system. Provide front line support to our prospects/clients with regards to general enquiries as well as ensuring the smooth operation of new and existing projects by contacting clients and liaising with internal teams within the Company. Build effective working relationships with the sales team, internal processing teams, and customers Acts as a liaison between Sales and Onboarding and Fulfillment, Credentialing, Customer Support, Legal, Finance and Customer Operations teams providing a single point of contact for all sales related processes Prepare proposals, contracts and other documentation for new and existing clients on behalf of the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong administration background with some experience in a B2B environment , have a great work ethic and can stay calm under pressure.
