Superb opportunity available in Cardiff who an experience MI / BI Analyst with strong report creation and automation skills. Our client is a leading organisation within their industry sector with a multi-site operation and keen investment in technology. Due to an internal promotion we are now assisting them to locate and appoint a professional, detailed orientated and technically capable MI / BI / Reporting Analyst with effective communication and relationship management skills. This is an ideal role for an MI or Reporting Analyst looking for more breadth and challenge within a large-scale organisation. Here's a snapshot of what you'll do -Produce and provide standardised and accurate Management Information. -Identify trends and highlight issue areas and successes. -Provide a reporting function for both internal and external clients. -Ensure accurate recording of staff designations within the operation. -Populate balanced scorecard information on a monthly basis and to improve and develop balanced scorecard approach. -Prepare presentations at centre, process and differing operational levels (tailored to specific audiences) -Provide any financial reporting for Payroll and Business Finance as/ when required Key Accountabilities: (Include but not limited to) -Production of accurate and timely Management Information. -Providing trending data with a view to improving all SLA / KPI metrics. -Maintaining all appropriate Management Information data. -Working collaboratively with HR, Recruitment, Training, Operations, Resource Planning, Payroll, Business finance. -Provide daily / weekly / monthly statistical reports for analysis to operational management. -Establishing and maintaining SOP for each reporting requirement. What Have You Done Before? What Do You Need to Demonstrate? Interested professionals MUST have demonstrable experience operating as either an MI / BI / Reporting Analyst with extensive experience of utilising advanced Excel skills, some experience (ideally) of Access and a pragmatic and detailed approach to reporting output across differing data-sets.
