We are currently working on behalf of a very well established company who offer the supply and hire of Construction and Safety Products. They are currently seeking an experienced Sales Team Manager to win new business, renew existing accounts, and to manage/grow their sales team. You will take over a very successful area of regular clients and will already have a significant number of active client accounts so you will start earning commission immediately. This position is likely to be of interest to a team leader or junior sales manager who is seeking to take the next step in their career. The role involves managing an initial team of 3-5 with a view to increasing this as the role evolves. Responsibilities: Responsible for a sales and clients within the UK Contacting new, existing and lapsed business clients in order to protect and grow current revenues and develop future business enabling all personal sales targets to be exceeded Prospecting for new clients via cold calling, emails, and networking Ensuring you are having fact finding conversations to explore all sales opportunities whilst on the phone and selling appropriately to customer needs Working to commission related sales and revenue targets Create weekly/monthly forecasts on revenue/target management and end of month reports on revenue Effectively administrate all orders, documentation and pipeline business to ensure all sales opportunities are maximized Work closely with internal departments to develop marketing and sales strategies Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an outbound, B2B sales role Construction, Fire or Safety Industry experience desirable but training will be given Experience of working to targets and encouraging colleagues to exceed targets Managing sales teams Knowledge of the full sales cycle beneficial Tenacious in their approach to winning business You will need a good level of commercial acumen and market awareness of Leadership and Management Good IT skills to include word & excel Hours: Full time – Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm If you are passionate about Sales and have a proven track record in developing, leading and achieving successful Sales Teams then this is the role for you Lucid Recruitment specialises in the following sales jobs: Business Development Manager, New Business Development Executive, International Sales Executive, Digital Media Sales Executive, Media Sales Executive, Online Sales Executive, Sales Consultant, Business Development Executive, B2B Sales Executive, Sales Manager, Sales Director.
