An exciting 3 month temporary opportunity to work within a global risk management organisation in Cardiff.

The aim of the role will be to support the sales team in an administrative capacity.

Client Details

My client provide legal research as well as business research and risk management services. They currently have the world's largest electronic database for legal and public-records.

Description

Within the role of a Sales Coordinator you can expect;

- Work closely with the sales team to provide administrative support .
- Monitoring of schedules/diaries to ensure the smooth running of sales activities
- Build effective working relationships with the sales team
- Acts as a liaison between Sales and other teams
- To provide front line support to our prospects/clients with regards to general enquiries
- To ensure the smooth operation of new and existing projects
- To carry out any general day-to-day duties as and when required
- To help identify areas in which to improve sales procedures and the tools/systems used by the sales team
- To prepare proposals, contracts and other documentation for new and existing clients on behalf of the team

Profile

The successful sales coordinator will have;

- Comfortable using Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Show excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- Ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and clients
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong administrative background
- Ability to make decisions and work using own initiative

This role, based in Cardiff, offers an opportunity to gain further experience within a Global organisation.
The role is paying GBP9.65 per hour + holiday pay equivalent of 36 days per year.
