Team Secretary / Assistant to Directors Location: Cardiff Salary: Competitive Part-Time, Job Share Scott Brownrigg is an award–winning international design practice providing architecture, masterplanning, urban design, interior design and town planning services. The practice is looking for a Part-time Team Secretary / Assistant to Directors to provide secretarial and administrative assistance to Directors, and teams of architectural and technical staff in our Cardiff studio. Reporting to the Group Board Director, this is a busy role and key responsibilities of the Team Secretary/ Assistant to Directors include: - Providing full administrative and secretarial support to Directors and technical teams. Providing office management service for Cardiff office. Preparation, formatting and printing of all correspondence for Directors and team. Screening calls and message taking. Management of diaries, setting up meetings and making travel arrangements for Directors and team. Assisting in the production of fee proposals, bids, submissions and presentations for potential new work. Liaising with clients, consultants and contractors. Requirements for the Team Secretary/ Assistant to Directors role include: We are looking for a conscientious and highly organised person with: Previous administrative/secretarial experience Experience of working in an architects practice or similar creative environment would be an advantage. You will be a team player with the ability to work on your own initiative. You will be helpful, reliable, patient and flexible. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint as well as good and accurate typing speed. Working knowledge of InDesign would be desirable but not essential. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads are a must as well as professional and confident manner.
