Executive Chef This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head or Executive Chef with experience in managing multiple kitchens, with volume C&B experience to join a luxurious privately owned full service hotel with restaurants, and extensive conference and banqueting facilities. Quality fresh food is used throughout. You must be able to drive and have your own transport. ROLE - EXECUTIVE CHEF Oversee the day to day operation of six kitchens Sit on the Executive team, being a part of hotel strategy Train, coach, develop and inspire the team Create menu's and drive the food operation Manage the financial performance of the food operation Set and meet KPIs and targets HACCP and EHO compliance ATTRIBUTES - EXECUTIVE CHEF Experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a similar role in a large resort-style hotel High volume quality branded or independent C&B experience (weddings, events etc) Minimum one rosette standard experience Leading and developing large teams Excellent people, communication, and man-management skills HACCP experience and extensive Food Safety controls Financials - controlling GP's, labour, and wastage Staff training and welfare IT literate - working with systems & process This is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting, progressive Company.
