Client Details My client is a large Not for Profit organisation who are going through a period of change. They have recently restructured Finance and have created this new position of Finance Manager. Description Reporting to the Finance Director, this newly create role as Finance Manager will play a key role in the success of the organisation. The organisation is currently very successful and have recently received Grant funding to lead a number of key projects. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the funding of these key projects, supported by a small team. You will work closely with stakeholders in the organisation who are responsible for running the project on a daily basis. You will be responsible for the proficient management of external grants and the management/compliance/audit and control on a daily basis. Leading from the front, you will manage and develop a small team, ensuring all KPI's are hit. You will ensure that the team is a "value added" service to stakeholders. Profile You will be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA) Ideally you will have good working knowledge of Grants and Grant funding and understand the complexities associated to managing them. You will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills. You will be a natural leader and envoke a "value added" service. You will be able to pick up new concepts and take things forward.
