Hoop are looking for compassionate, empathetic, support workers to work in the Cardiff area, supporting adults with learning disabilities. This fantastic opportunity will comprise of elements of personal care, promoting independence and providing support in the community. Full and part time contracts are available. This is a supported living role and is not domiciliary or home care. You will get the opportunity to build and grow relationships with the sole purpose of promoting independence of the people you will be supporting.
