HR Helpdesk Advisor
Our client based in Pentwyn is looking for an experienced HR Helpdesk Advisor for an immediate start temporary assignment. Working within a small team you will support the delivery of proactive, professional and timely HR support to the management teams throughout the business. You will play a key role in the provision of an effective and efficient HR service to the business, managing administration processes and offering HR advisory support in an accurate, timely and confidential manner, ensuring compliance with legislation and company procedure. The successful candidate will have a HR qualification level 3 - 5 CIPD or equivalent, together with previous experience as a HR Administrator/Advisor preferably in a fast paced, multi-site service environment. Duties to include:- - Acting as first point of contact for all HR queries - Liaising with management and staff throughout the business to deliver the efficient administration of key HR issues - Support managers by guiding them through HR processes and assisting with the production of letters, notes and reports. - Logging all activity via a HR Helpdesk database - Dealing with telephone and e-mail queries from Managers - Producing Maternity, Paternity, Adoption and Shared Parental leave confirmation letters - Updating SAP central Payroll system - Responding to reference request, proof of employment requests and other general HR Administration You will be required to work 40 hours per week between the hours of 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
