Temporary Call Centre/Customer Service Quality Manager £12.82 per hour / £25,000 per annum Cardiff Are you an immediately available candidate who has a background in Customer Service/Contact Centre quality assurance? Have you previously worked as a Team Leader, with responsibility for monitoring Customer Service calls, and collating data and management information (MI) based on your findings? Do you have an analytical and pro active approach to your work? If so then we'd like to hear from you The team at Cordant People Cardiff are looking to recruit for this role as soon as possible. Please note, this is initially a temporary role due to a new project being trialled, however, there is a strong possibility that if the project moves forward as planned, that this role could become permanent. Your duties will include: Listening to outbound customer service and tele appointing calls remotely Monitoring quality and noting your findings Collating data and reports for management team detailing your findings Making suggestions as required for potential improvements It is essential that you have experience in a similar role with a quality management/monitoring edge.
