The Role Will Include:

To assist with general Heat and Water asset management and customer services functions and liaise with various departments to ensure customer enquiries are responded to
Administer the heat meter data management reporting system
Ensure the end-to-end metering and billing system works at a site level for residential and commercial customers and customers know how to use it.

The Person:

Experience in an office based administration/customer service role
Understanding and can manage credit control and financial administrative functions
Experience and use of metering management software and MS Office
