Our National client is looking to appoint a key member of staff to provide data entry services for the Records team thereby ensuring a smooth and efficient running of the department. The main duties and responsibilities are as follows: Data Entry The Records Assistant will be responsible for data entry onto the company data systems which the Records team works with. They will also use an external database that links up with clients records to enable them to access information directly This will require an efficient, accurate and consistent approach to handling a large amount of data. Additionally it is important that the Records Assistant: Is self-motivated and able to work autonomously Takes initiative to ensure that work is completed in a timely fashion Provides general support for other support staff Deals with ad hoc requests from members of the Records team management. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate: Previous experience in a data entry role Experience of working in an environment which requires attention to detail A highly developed sense of the importance of consistency and its application to data entry Good IT skills A consistent, reliable, flexible manner and good time keeper A “can do” approach For theis role there is a competitive salary of between £22000 and £28000 This job was originally posted as
