1st and 2nd Line Support
1st and 2nd Line Support Location: Cardiff Duration: 3 months Daily Rate: £140-£160 1st and 2nd Line Support is needed to join the ambitious team within a Digital Publishing company located in Cardiff. The 1st and 2nd Line Support will give support to all IT customers using network management tools, phone and visiting customer when needed. The 1st and 2nd Line Support will resolve incidents and tasks escalated or received from the helpdesk across IT. The 1st and 2nd Line Support will have the ability to handle 2nd level incidents analysis and experience working within a project team. 1st and 2nd Line Support Key Skills: - Previous experience in core desktop platform and customer service. - High level of knowledge of desktop hardware and software. - Windows 7 and MS Office as well as network data, Iphone/Ipad, application and small scale systems knowledge. - Understanding of ITIL processes. - Ability to demonstrate ability to handle 2nd level incident analysis. - Previously worked within a project team. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others. 1st and 2nd Line Support Location: Cardiff Duration: 3 months Daily Rate: £140-£160 Apply now for immediate consideration on this excellent opportunity Understanding Recruitment is acting as an employment agency for this vacancy.
