Brief Description

We are recruiting for a Technical Clerk to support on the Wales Route, Buildings & Civils team. As a Technical Clerk you will provide an efficient and effective general administrative, technical and analytical service to the assist the Programme manager and fellow team.

About the role (External)

Using your analytical and organisational skills you will be responsible for collating various types of information - from safety inspections to graphical calculations - while ensuring databases and records are kept updated. You will review and distribute publications, produce reports and track performance. You will ensure that the business processes and systems are maintained for the team as well as being responsible for a range of other office management duties.

• IT literacy and competency in programmes such as MS Word and Excel?
