Key Duties: - Financial Management of the ICT Development and Innovation Programme Budget to include: Weekly/monthly financial reporting, maintaining the budget within financial controls and constraints. - Work with functional leads to develop and maintain the resource profile for the programme. - Maintain the Transformation Programme`s Risk and Issue Register. - Co-ordinate Programme Procurements, working with Programme Manager, Project Managers and Procurement. - Maintain and distribute actions from Project Boards - Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of progress, performance to schedule and performance to budget of projects - Input into the planning process, identifying all deliverables in accordance with milestones and general project framework - Board and meeting administration including recording of minutes to a standard format, of high consistency and accurate quality Person Specification - Experience of financial management, preferably in a project environment. - Experience of procurement processes. - Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Ideally an experienced DMS user. This is a contract role based in Cardiff, to run to March 2018
