In this role as a Recruitment Consultant you will; -Nurture existing client relationships for further business opportunities -Explore new business openings with clients -Utilise our existing database and professional networking sites to attract high calibre candidates interested in looking at new roles in the market. -Advertise across a range of job boards to attracts interested candidates You will work as part of an established specialist team that will allow you to quickly establish yourself as an expert in your field. We provide full training both in-house and through external resources assisting you to build a credible networks of candidates and a pool of clients to conduct business with. In order to become a Penguin you will; -Hold good academics -Be personable -Ability to communicate clearly and professionally by phone -Hold strong written skills enabling you to develop intelligent and persuasive emails and adverts to generate interest. -Ability to transfer any previous your sales/marketing/account management skills to the world of recruitment to assist you to achieve your KPI's. -Be resilient The ability to work under pressure and stay positive and determined is very important.
