Description As Sales Manager you will be responsible for; - Proactively growing new business for the venue - Developing the existing sales strategy plan - Maximising the venue's potential - Developing the profile of the venue locally, nationally and in the international market - Managing the budget of the conference and events department - Ensuring all legal obligations are adhered to - Work effectively with wider members of the team. Profile - Proven experience working in a fast paced environment. - A background working in an events environment. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure. - Very well organised. - Good problem solving skills.
