Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Office Based, South Wales area (with travel as required) Qualifying Experience and Training: You will have a proven track record, that can be evidenced, of successful business development in the UK with medium to large Fleet Markets over a minimum of a 3-5 year period, together with excellent contacts in this market. You may currently be a Fleet Sales Manager in a car dealership or working in field sales for a supplier to the car fleet market or someone selling insurance to the fleet sector; applications from those sectors would be considered. Summary of Objectives: - You will develop and maintain an extensive prospect pipeline ensuring that new sales to your prospects are in line with Company targets - Your focus will be on establishing service led Partnerships for the long term - You will maintain regular contact with clients and prospective clients via direct visits and networking events, ensuring the building and maintenance of loyal customer relationships. - Your aims will be to promote Contract Hire and all related products using professional and recognised selling techniques to ensure that Company goals are always met. - Your watch words will be excellent customer service and being extremely professional at all times. - You will ensure that all Sales department processes are complied with in a comprehensive and timely manner, together with excellent communication. This role involves visiting customers therefore a full and valid UK driving licence is required. This is not a home based role and you will work form the office at least 3 days per week therefore applications will only be considered from applicants within a 1 hours commute of the office. Days of work : Monday - Friday The rewards: Competitive basic salary to £30k depending on experience and an uncapped commission structure with prestige company car.
