About the role In this administrative role you will serve as a key point of contact for our fleet customers by processing a volume of invoices and providing customer support via telephone and email enquiries. You will help with problem resolution, setting up new customers on our system and use SAP and Excel for finance administration. This is a busy department with a high volume of processing required, therefore attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure is important. What we're looking for With experience of working in a customer account administration environment, you will be able to manage a high volume of workload by maintaining excellent levels of accuracy. You will have a strong work ethic and the ability to liaise with customers in a courteous and professional manner. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate second to none organisational skills and excellent IT skills, ideally including working knowledge of SAP and Excel. What's on offer for you?
