Job Description – Web & Graphic Designer Based: Melrose Hall, St Mellons, Cardiff Employment Status: Full Time Salary: Negotiable depending on experience Reports to: Marketing Manager We are looking for a dynamic web and graphic designer to join Wales’s largest training provider. Formed in 1996, t2 group provide training to over 10,000 apprentices each year. As a key part of our internal marketing team you will support our Marketing Manager in developing new and innovative marketing campaigns for employers and potential learners. Role Purpose: Key Responsibilities: To create and build innovative web sites for all areas of the business To design creative marketing literature for employers and learners Keep up-to-date with recent technological, software and print developments Continually grow and develop your skills and expertise in appropriate software/programming languages including HTML, CSS, PHP, jQuery and JavaScript Managing Online Marketing Campaigns in the different sectors Responsible for the performance of SEO / PPC projects Design email marketing campaigns Design social media advertising campaigns Skills & experience required: Degree in Graphic/Web design or related area and significant related work experience A strong understanding of UI and UX best practice and its influence on design Creative flair and a collaborative personality, who enjoys working as part of a team Experience of front-end web development using CMS such as WordPress and an understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP, jQuery and Java Script Experience using Adobe, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator or similar A passion for all things online and an awareness of the latest trends, developments and technologies within the industry The ability to design for print Experience of running successful Pay Per Click (PPC), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) campaigns Google Analytics & Google AdWords experience advantageous but not critical This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/74830602
