For more detail regarding this opportunity, please read on Job Summary: To be responsible for the development and continuous improvement of a portfolio of products within the motor division. To deliver specified marketing functions in a professional and proficient manner, adhering to company guidelines and standards. Responsibilities: 1. To be responsible for creating and maintaining measurable marketing product plans, reporting to the Marketing Manager all recommendations and progress of the product. 2. Liaise with the Business Analyst and third parties to develop the products, ensuring marketing requirements are translated to developers and approved from a marketing perspective. 3. To be responsible for the customer journey/experience processes relating to the product so that they are seamless and reporting on any issues within the journey. 4. To organise user testing of the products, reporting on the findings and feeding this back to the project board and the developers for enhancements. 5. To manage regular dealer/customer surveys, focus groups and internal forums in order to understand product performance and gain feedback, to go into product plans with recommendations of improvement. 6. Create communication strategies and tactical plans/briefs to promote product to relevant audiences, liaising with the Brand Manager to ensure the Creative Team deliver outputs according to planned and approved requirements. 7. To be responsible for competitor product analysis, reporting on differences in pricing, product performance and recommending any changes within product plans. 8. To manage the Product Executive, ensuring the tasks and reports are completed in a timely manner and of an acceptable standard and reporting any issues to the Marketing Manager. 9. Create monthly product performance reports, analyse and report findings to the Marketing Manager. 10. Attend, where necessary, dealer product events and seminars relating to the product, liaising with the Brand & Events Assistant to organise. 11. Assist in field training, liaising with the Divisional Managers and the Marketing Manager to ensure the products are received effectively in the field and ensure materials are regularly updated to reflect product enhancements/changes. 12. Recommend to the Marketing Manager any new ideas relating to the products, and implement once approved. 13. To analyse the marketing expenditure of products and forecasting for coming years, reporting to the Marketing Manager of areas of concern as well as general updates. 14. Respond to technical product marketing queries from the field. 15. To professionally represent the marketing department at external forums and events, networking with the relevant contacts. 16. Assist the Marketing Manager in obtaining and collating information required for management in an accurate and timely manner. 17. Maintain up-to-date knowledge and proactively promote MotoNovo Finance products and services through marketing events and initiatives. 18. Recognise and recommend to Marketing Manager suitable improvements to department procedures to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the department are maintained.
