About the role
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated Administrator to work 30 hours per week (part time) at our TouchBase centre in Caerphilly, Wales.
As our Administrator you will provide a comprehensive, high quality and responsive administrative support service. You will be responsible for the smooth running of admin systems, office equipment and overseeing budgets (in conjunction with your line manager) to ensure the smooth running of the Sense services within Wales.
You will often be the first point of contact many people have with Sense, you will approach this in a friendly, confident and efficient manner. You will have a good standard of numeracy and literacy and be able to work on your own initiative. In addition you will have the ability to demonstrate practical problem solving skills. This is a key role to the smooth running of our services.
