Job Description A highly respected financial services company is seeking a Customer Service Advisor based in Newport to join its expanding team.

As the Customer Service Advisor, your duties will be to:
  • Answer customer calls in an effective and efficient manner
  • Contribute to the success of the contact centre by meeting key aims and objectives
  • Ensure customer queries are resolved meeting compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Understand the products and services customers can be offered, keeping up-to-date with the relevant features and benefits

To be a successful Customer Service Advisor you will have the following skills and experience:
  • Able to communicate in a clear and concise manner without using unnecessary jargon
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Able to produce clear and legible written notes and reports
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and extract all relevant information
  • Computer literate - can use a keyboard and use a range of specified software
  • Capable of organising your own work effectively to ensure deadlines are met.

In return, the Customer Service Advisor will receive a salary of GBP9.42 per hour.
