Job Title: Projects Administration Assistant

Location: Bridgend, CF31 1TZ

Salary: GBP12,636 - GBP14,040 per annum

Valleys to Coast Housing are currently looking for Projects Administration Assistant to work within their team in Bridgend. Your role is to undertake a range of Technical and Administrative duties relating to the functions of the Property Services Department within Valleys to Coast Housing (V2C).

You will ensure that all activities undertaken are carried out to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures.

A full driving licence with no or minimal endorsements and use of a vehicle for business is required.

Required Skills and Experience:

- To act as the link between personnel in all V2C offices for information relating to current and proposed projects
- Responsibility for the managing of quality assurance questionnaires and customer satisfaction reports relating to current work programmes
- Responsibility for receiving and checking certificates against reported installations, for example, gas and electric to comply with Health & Safety requirements
- To carry out on-site audits of servicing documentation when required
- To check, validate and input relevant date into Internal Computer Systems and databases
- Manage all customer referrals ensuring all tenant issues are dealt with professionally and timely
- Hold regular meetings with the main contractor's Customer Experience Coordinators to discuss and resolve tenant issues
- Provide administrative, I.T. and clerical support to various levels of management and team member including minute taking, using Microsoft packages and internal systems

Skills and experience required

Essential

- 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) minimum grade C in English Language, Mathematics and Information Communication Technology
- Experience with working in an office environment
- Capable of using all Microsoft packages especially Excel spreadsheets
- Experience in co-ordinating and managing customer complaints
- Ability to demonstrate good organisation skills
- Contribute to developing the team and being responsive and supportive of colleagues and customers

Desirable

- The ability to communicate in both written and spoken Welsh
