An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a leading Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) supplied based in Newport. In return, we offer a competitve salary.

We have over 30 years' experience providing alternative energy solutions to domestic and commercial customers.

The Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Newport Cylinder filling & distribution site.

Duties will include:

Ensuring paperwork and tasks are progressed accurately and to time scales

General day to day office duties, including data entry and filing

Providing administration support to customer accounts

Updating the system and spreadsheets

Handling driver and customer service queries

Administer driver's hours and tachographs records

Cash handling and banking

Greeting walk in customers

The successful Administrator does not need previous office experience however must be keen to learn and have a hard-working approach. The role offers an invaluable opportunity to gain office based experience and long-term career progression with a market leader.

The essential criteria is:

Have a flexible working approach and be able to convey a positive attitude to staff and customers at all times

Have good interpersonal skills, and able communicate to staff & customers

Flexible approach to work and willing to work additional hours during busy periods to meet customer demand

Ability to work in a team or on own initiative

Full driving licence

The hours of work are 40 per week.
