Meridian Business Support is actively recruiting for a temporary - permanent Administration Assistant for our manufacturing client in Aberdare.

Working in a small team and reporting to the Commercial Manager, the ideal candidate will possess excellent administration and office skills and be a confident communicator.

Duties will include:

- Filing
- Opening and logging post
- Booking meeting rooms
- Order processing
- Answering customer calls
- Conducting after sale calls to customers
- Data entry
- General office duties
- Supporting colleagues within their roles and requirements as and when needed

This position is offered on a temporary to permanent basis and paying a rate of GBP7.50 per hour. Hours of work are 9.00am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday/ 37.5 hours per week)
