Due to continued expansion, we are currently recruiting for two experienced Conveyancers to join a well-established highly successful client of ours within either their Cardiff or Pontypridd office. This position is the ideal opportunity for someone wishing to further progress their career in residential property. The Role: You will be required manage a varied residential conveyancing caseloads. You will have previous experience working in a residential conveyancing department and be able to manage a varied caseload. You will be required to use the Firms case management system and whilst full training will be provided a basic level of IT knowledge and Microsoft Office is a necessity To maintain communications with other personnel in the practice. Deal with Head of Department and other partners Promote the services of the practice and its image and ethos. The Candidate: You will be an enthusiastic individual with aptitude to manage all matters proactively and in a client friendly way. You should have good IT skills and excellent organisational skills. Be able to progress matters effectively meeting all set deadlines. Sometimes be required to work outside of normal contractual hours to achieve the required level of client service. It is essential that you have previous experience within residential conveyancing but applications from newly qualified solicitors and legal executives will also be considered.
