Job Description

The position is highly autonomous, requiring functional relationships internally with Operations and Maintenance field staff, the Keydril Facility Engineering Staff, Business Development Staff, Technical Authorities, Legal and Procurement specialists and all levels of management. With the responsibility for day-to-day operations, The project manager will manage and lead a team of project personnel. Your commercial astuteness combined with a strong safety focus will be vital to the tendering and
negotiation process, managing projects and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Job Responsibilities:
•Agreeing the timescales, costs and resources needed
•Drawing up a detailed plan for how to achieve each stage of the project
•Selecting and leading a project team
•Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers for materials and services
•Making sure that each stage of the project is progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards
•Reporting regularly on progress to the client or to senior managers.
•Demonstrates behaviors which promote a safe work environment in all aspects of the job

•4-6 years of project management experience with scheduling, scope & budget responsibility
•Ability to lead teams;
•BS/BA degree or PMP is preferred
•Project management experience of multiple simultaneous projects preferred.
•Effective organizational and facilitation skills required.
•Superior supervisory, leadership, customer relations and communications skills required.
•Must be willing to travel to job site as required.
