E VOLVE – Work smarter not harder. The working day It’s tough. Light on glamour. But big on job satisfaction. To ensure that all care staff are logging in and out before and after their calls. To maintain the communication between on call duty, care staff and service users. To ensure that all service users received their call as per their visit schedule. To deal with any concerns, queries from both the care staff and service users, and to ensure that the queries dealt with appropriately. To ensure that care is delivered in a timely manner, and all delays are actioned appropriately. Adhere to the organisations policies and procedures at all times. Assistance with general administration tasks. Carry out other duties as may reasonably be required by the company. We offer Competitive salary. Dedicated support from your Line Manager.
